My name is Aly, and I was inspired to start this blog mainly because I think everyday deserves to be special, and have something fun to celebrate. There are a lot of different holidays and traditions celebrated each day throughout the world, and I thought it would be fun to showcase them. I mean really, who doesn't love a good holiday, right?
A little about me: I am a stay at home one-day-in-the-future-mother. I work from home doing various sewing and crafty projects, as well as editing manuscripts and working on finishing my first novel.
I love DIY projects, my sewing machine, a good book, almost any kind of music, my gym shoes, naps, vanilla chai tea, and a good pair of sweatpants. I also am madly in love with my best friend and husband, who supports me in ways that I will never be able to thank him for. He loves me despite all of my crazy schemes and crafty ideas, and most importantly he thinks my jokes are funny.
